CORPORATE EMAIL REDESIGN
VISUAL DESIGN, PROTOTYPING, SPECS

The main objectives were to not only offer a more modern design but add some human in the language, offer next steps with a clean, clutter-free branded experience. Fake branding has been used in order to showcase this work.

Above all, I went for brevity. What is the email about, what information is important to me, and if any, what is the next step. Bam, easy. Clean and neat, just like emails should be.

Solution
I wanted the new email to be open, friendly, and devoid of the usual financial corporate filler. The final outcome is a three-tiered approach:

1. A personal greeting

2. Message w/branding

3. What to do next

Results
After a beta test, the new templates were rolled out across the client alert platform. I heard that they may expand the use of these new design across other departments, unsure if that ever happened.
