One of many sections offered in this SEO software is to organize, update and track granular analytics. Our objective was to redesign the "Discoverability" and sister pages from the ground up for data accessibility, digestibility while offering a more robust "Help" section.
The top color-coded swooshes assist each section in findability and comparison. Plus, I like saying the word swoosh.
The added "Help" module was a huge hit with our users, giving them direct access to updates, FAQs, and the ability to chat/email their customer service advisor.
Solution
We incorporated a color-coded system offering the user an "at-a-glance" review of their page, giving them the option if they need/want to drill in deeper into their analytics.
Results
Post-launch, user interaction within their analytics increased considerably. Data and pages that were once unseen or unused saw an uptick in usage.
