HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT PLATFORM
RESEARCH, END-USER INTERVIEWS, UX, PROTOTYPE
A new internal platform used by clinicians, RNs, and physicians to track In and Out-patients needed a quick way to access patient data and information. My objective was to add a side drawer offering the users a static location across the system.
The low-profile, collapsable side drawer offers users the ability to keep important information readily available without clicking back and forth between screens. Also, offering the ability to separate each section into its own floating window, draggable to any screen.
Solution
In prototyping tests, the side drawer was welcomed by both on and off-shore end-users. Knowing that all users will have double screens, allows each section of the side drawer to detach and float while being screen agnostic.
Result
After reviewing the wireframe prototype with end-users and stakeholders, the design was approved for full development.
